Marathon Training Week 4 – June 29 – July 5 2015

Everyone has a goal.  Some have a business goal and other might have a personal one.  It might be to loose some weight, get in shape, learn a new skill or hobby.  Mine is to qualify for the Boston Marathon.

I decided that I would go for a Canada Day Run and start at the closest flag to my house.  That was easy since the school is right around the corner..Duh!
