Running moves you forward in MORE ways than one!

Today was the best speed workout I’ve done.  Nailed it with 2km at 3:57 pace!

So what dose 23km look like to the none runner and what the heck do we think about when we are running.

  1. Dave I noticed in this video you are on the WRONG side of the road….you should be running against traffic- not with traffic—Cars are brutal, especially on the Townline….you were really taking your life in your hands running this way 😦
