Mississauga Marathon Training – Week 6 – Feb 29 – March 6

67.3 km that’s the most I’ve run in a while.   This week I was able to get all my runs in.  Not in the correct order due to weather and work but I did them, plus I did 30 km on Saturday and that is the longest run I’ve done since my marathon.

I FOUND the Jimmy bar!!!!!   and it tastes so good.   It’s vegan it’s gluten-free and it’s very very AWESOME.  I found it at no-frills and they were pretty cheap and highly recommend having one of these when you’re looking for a snack



Speedwork… I documented it in the video so I’m really not gonna talk to much about it… Other then just take a look at the picture and that’ll give you an indication how I did.




Usually the hardest part about getting out to do a long run is taking the first STEP out the front door.  I did and then I shoveled the walkway….and then I went 30K.  LOL!   Later I was feeling pretty epic.
