Wow, its’ hard to believe that I’m starting my training all over again. I’m now fully healed and been training for 10 days! So here we go…. Today’s post is about a new juice I found awhile back.
I have to share my experience with Pulp & Press Juice Company I found out a few months ago but I hadn’t gotten around to posting about them until now. I ran my hill repeats today and then I decided to indulged in some fresh juice.

So when you go in there over on the right side of the store you will see a colder with ready made food and drinks and in the mix of all that goodness are the Juices.
Cold pressed juice is the name of the process that used and each of their raw, organic juices are created using an industrial grade, hydraulic cold press juicer. Praised in the industry as the most efficient type of juicer on the market, a cold press does not introduce heat or oxygen, producing the purest, most nutrient dense juice that you can get your hands on.
If kept refrigerated and unopened, the juice will maintain its freshness for up to 30 days. If you want to get the optimal nutrient absorption, then they suggest consuming the juice within this timeframe.
3-4 pounds of fresh, organic produce in every bottle and it’s nice to know that I can always find it at Harmony Whole Foods in Orangeville :). When I’m busy with Clients and showing houses sometimes it’s hard to find the time to eat but knowing I can always find a place to get ORGANIC Cold pressed Juice is such a great feeling!

I don’t worry about the sugar load and it’s fruits and Veggies NOT processed sugar. Also, since I run a lot I look at this as being fuel for my running machine…LOL
